1. What are your strengths?

We are a leading comprehensive agent and distributor of electronic components of world-renowned brands. Strong distribution of TI, INTEL, SAMSUNG, MICRON, ALTERA, ALALOG DEVICES, XILINX, VISHAY, IR, NXP, ON, INFINEON, ST/MAXIM, ATMEL, LINEAR, CYPRESS, FAIRCHILD, TOSHIBA, ACTEL, INTERSIL, AVAGO, PMC, etc. Shortages and discontinued materials


2. How to place an order?

Please submit an inquiry/quote on the website by completing the electronic parts form with your contact details. You can also email sales1@717ic.com or call +86755-8369 9599. Quotations will be made quickly by our professional and efficient sales once an inquiry is received. Please send the approved order or confirmation information together with the shipping information to our sales after you reconfirm the quotation or the order is approved. We will send you a proforma invoice and bank information. Remember to specify the exact part number, quantity required and manufacturer.


3.What transportation methods can be supported?

We use international express companies such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS or SF Express to ship worldwide. Usually we will use DHL/FedEx. We can also use the customer's freight forwarder, just communicate with us. Standard delivery time is 1-4 working days (usually 2-3 days) depending on destination. Other shipping methods can be discussed. We listen to every customer's needs.


4.What payment methods do you offer?

For new customers' first orders, we accept payment by wire transfer in advance. Payment methods: T/T to our HSBC account, Western Union, PayPal (credit card). For special customers, we accept other payment methods. Net term only applies to long-term customers. Regarding bank fees: Bank wire transfer charges USD35.00. From HSBC Hong Kong to HSBC Hong Kong, there is no fee. Please note that we accept payments in USD and EUR, GBP, and HKD.


5. Can I get the net price?

We have a wide range of customers, from consistent repeat customers to one-time buyers. Net terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.


6. What is the warranty period for the parts you sell?

There will be different warranty periods depending on different situations, generally around 60 days. But don't worry, all parts have passed QC before leaving the factory to ensure normal use. 7. Do I have to register before I can send an inquiry?

8.What are your office hours?

Our official working hours (GMT+8):

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 11:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00-12:20
